Communication
When will we know about the outcome of our application?
The internal processes of evaluation and due diligence will take place before allocations are made. Due to the fact that this might not happen at the same time for all entities, there will be no communication on any application’s status until all applications have been evaluated and allocations have been made. Should you not hear from Services SETA within +/- 90 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful
Other applicants have received communication about their applications, why have I not received any communication from SSETA?
It is possible that the email has been delivered to your junk/spam folder, as some servers reject bulk emails. Please check that this is not the case. However, not all applicants will receive communication at the same time until the final closure of the process. Please be patient in awaiting communication relating to your application.
The DG Helpdesk cannot assist us track the progress of our applications. How do we know whether we have been successful or not?
The function of the DG Helpdesk is to assist with queries specifically related to the completion of the applications and submission thereof. Once an application is submitted, the DG Helpdesk cannot track its progress through evaluation.
